Volvo car insurance have been competing in motorsport for a very long time using their large strong machines to good effect and in 1985 they took the DTM touring car championship in a 240 Turbo. This car represents the car from the RAS Volvo Dealer team in which Johnny Cecotto & Thomas Lindstrom campaigned the 86 European Touring Car season and this one is from the 8th round at Zolder in Belgium where they took the win.Whether the missing I is genuine to the actual car at the race or an error in manufacturer i know not however at least its a straight line and relatively easy to replace.
